SS Duplex 2507 Angles are a high-alloy ferritic-austenitic stainless steel. The “Super” designation is earned through its high chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen content, which creates a material that is significantly more resistant to corrosion than the 2205 grade. The balanced 50/50 austenite-ferrite microstructure of Duplex 2507 Angles provides the high yield strength of ferritic steel while maintaining the excellent corrosion resistance of austenitic steel.
