Salem Stainless Steel Suppliers Pvt. Ltd.,is a global exporter of high-grade Stainless Steel 321 Sheets. Based in Chennai, we provide specialized alloy solutions for industries that demand stability at extreme temperatures. Our 321 stainless steel range is the gold standard for applications where intermittent heating and corrosive environments meet.
321 Stainless Steel (UNS S32100) is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel grade. The addition of titanium prevents chromium carbide precipitation during welding and high-temperature exposure, improving resistance to intergranular corrosion.
SS 321 is especially suitable for applications where components are exposed to temperatures between 427°C to 816°C (800°F to 1500°F).
321 Stainless Steel Sheets are commonly used for components exposed to:
- Continuous service temperatures up to 900°C
- Intermittent exposure up to 1650°F (900°C approx.)
- High heat and cyclic thermal conditions.
The alloy maintains structural stability, oxidation resistance, and phase stability even in demanding furnace environments.
